使用條件:
為正確使用好產(chǎn)品，確保烤漆質量，必須注意以下事項:在更換產(chǎn)品時，先將進風口，頂棚、底板濾網(wǎng)拆除，將通風管道，陰暗角落及易積灰塵處認真進行清理，然后關上烤漆房門，打開風機空吹1小時左右，打掃干凈后，再安裝濾棉，安裝濾棉時，濾料與框架和周遍不得留有任何空隙，先將頂棚及進風口濾棉裝上，打開風機空吹4小時左右，再進行一次清潔工作后，裝上地棉，方可使用。
使用范圍:
安裝在汽車裝配車間或汽車噴漆烤漆車間，作為頂棚濾棉。安裝在汽車表面整修部門的噴漆、烤漆房的頂棚，作為通風設備的最終空氣供給過濾棉。安裝在要求高度光澤和高科技拋光處理產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)車間和噴漆房中作為最終空氣供給過濾棉。

1. Medium efficiency filter media is widely used in coating industry and specially designed for the terminal filtration of paint spray booths. This filter media is made of anti-fracture synthetic fiber with high performance by the hot-melted non-woven.
2. The density of the synthetic fiber is progressive structured by the clean air way with higher filter efficiency and longer working life.

The adhesive impregnate the filter media so that make the dust and particle cannot be through in order to diffuse the filtered air equally and inform the laminar flow reaching the best paint and spray effect. The air outlet side is with the meshes to strengthen and longer the working life. In that case the filter efficiency and dust holding can be insured and firmed so that the pressure will not be high and the using and maintaining cost will be lower.

Conditions of Usage:
In order to use this filter media in the right way and insure the quality of the painting, the following items should be paid attention to: When replacing the filters, the air inlet, ceiling and the button board filter mesh should be removed. And the ventilation pipe, the dark corners and the dust holding places should be cleaned. Then the spray booth should be closed and the fans open to blow for about one hour. After cleaning, the filter media is installed. When installing, there must be no any opening between filter media and frame or other surroundings. More 4 hours’ fan blowing is needed after installing. And one more cleaning is needed after the installing of floor filter.
Applications:
Medium efficiency filter installed in the automobile assembling plants and auto paint spray booths as the ceiling filters. Installed at the ceiling of the spray booth for automobile surface coating and repair departments, worked as the filter media for the terminal ventilation device. This filter media is installed as the air filter supplies for the factories and paint spray booths in great needs of high gloss and high-tech polishing treatment.
