應(yīng)用指南
基材污染會(huì)影響到產(chǎn)品的固化和粘接效果，因此在施工之前，用吸塵器處理干凈表面，不要使用壓縮空氣吹基材的表面，因?yàn)槟菢訒?huì)讓塵土分布到另外的部分，這道工序需要在施工期間一直進(jìn)行。
使用產(chǎn)品之前，請(qǐng)先對(duì)EFC-5198攪拌，將其混合均勻，因?yàn)殚L(zhǎng)時(shí)間的靜置會(huì)使得固化劑有少量的析出。然后按照體積比1:1混合5188和5198，直到混合體的顏色均勻?yàn)橹埂Ｗ⒁?不要使用任何的稀釋劑來(lái)稀釋本產(chǎn)品。在25℃的條件下，混合以后有25分鐘的操作時(shí)間。
在修補(bǔ)的時(shí)候，可以從低洼的地方開(kāi)始，然后再整體的平面進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)。修補(bǔ)以后，25℃情況下等待固化8小時(shí)，開(kāi)始打磨，可以使用40-80目的砂紙。
注意:如果需要多次的修補(bǔ)，一定要將前一層的表面打磨以后再行施工。

貯存條件
在15-25℃條件下，存放在干燥的環(huán)境，原包裝的產(chǎn)品可以貯存12個(gè)月。

Application guidelines
Base material contamination will affect the curing and bonding of the product, so before the construction, vacuum clean the surface, do not use compressed air to blow the base material surface, as this will allow dust to distribute to other parts, this process needs to be continued during the construction.
Before using the product, please stir the EFC-5198 to mix it well, because a long time of standing will cause a small amount of curing agent precipitation. Then mix 5188 and 5198 in a 1:1 volume ratio until the mixture has a uniform color. Note: do not use any thinner to dilute the product. After mixing, there is 25 minutes operation time at 25℃.
When repairing, you can start from low-lying areas and then repair the overall plane. After repair, wait for curing at 25℃ for 8 hours and start grinding. 40-80 mesh sandpaper can be used.
Note: If multiple repairs are required, be sure to polish the surface of the previous layer before construction.
